We deliver plants throughout New England and the Metropolitan New York City via our own fleet of trucks. If your truck just isn't large enough to hold all your plant purchases - rest assured - we'll deliver them to your doorstep or even plant them if needed.
- Within Connecticut, plants are scheduled on a weekly basis.
- Please call for out of state rates.
- All deliveries are curbside and based on one man per truck.
- Further requirements regarding placement or planting of plants needs to be discussed and estimated at the time of purchase. Any additional work (i.e. moving plants to the back yard, up stairs etc...) is NOT included in the delivery price. In this way we can keep our prices as low as possible and still provide the service you've come to know from Courville Nurseries.
- Items weighing over 150lbs require a second person or help must be provided at the receiving end.
Planting
We offer full planting services for all shrubs and trees purchased from the nursery. For perennial gardens and larger plantings, we would estimate on a per job basis. All trees, shrubs & roses planted by us are guaranteed 100% for the cost of the plant and the planting. Please refer to our Guarantee described below. Guarantee
Our plants are guaranteed to be true to name. We have no control over conditions after the plants leave the nursery, we will not replace any plant that fails to thrive, or refund any money. Acceptance of our nursery stock at the time of sale is considered to be proof of good health and survivability of these plants. There is no further warranty expressed or implied.
We deliver in our own trucks within CT, MA, RI, and NY. Call for rates on deliveries outside the four state area.
Any additional work, i.e. moving plants to planting area, backyards, upstairs, etc. and is not included in the delivery cost and must be indicated at the time of the sale and priced accordingly by the salesperson. In this way we can keep our prices as low as possible and still provided the service you've come to expect from Courville Nurseries.
Terms
All prices F.O.B., Courville Nurseries, Monroe, CT. Items are priced on a cash and carry basis unless alternate arrangements have been previously made. Stock is subject to prior sale, and prices are subject to change without notice. Landscape jobs require a deposit and payment in full is due on the day of completion.
Pick-up Policy
Plants must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. Please do not ask for exceptions as our space is limited. Date for pick-up should be determined at the time of purchase if possible. Please give 24 hour confirmation before pick-up of a large order so plants can be pulled together to save you time. Sales slip must be presented at the time of pick-up. Customers must supply their own sheets and tarps to cover plants that are put in open trucks as the wind will burn new growth and set your plants back.
Returns
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
